Gabrielle has extensive experience in the private and nonprofit sectors. After getting her OSHA Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) certification, Gabrielle worked as a field inspector conducting environmental testing and remediation. She also serves as the Chair of the Long Beach Area Group of the Sierra Club, the most enduring and influential grassroots environmental organization in the United States. Gabrielle is a UC Master Gardener and has a wealth of knowledge regarding flora, fauna and habitats. She collaborated with many entities to secure grants for community and park improvements, tree plantings, and other sustainability projects. Gabrielle was appointed to serve on the Steering Committee for LA County Measure W, Lower San Gabriel River Watershed.
Coby Skye, President
Coby is a registered Civil Engineer in California. Coby has over two decades of progressively increasing experience in the public sector, retiring from Los Angeles County Public Works as a Deputy Director. In addition to his executive leadership role at the largest public works agency in the country, Coby serves on multiple commissions and boards. He excels at developing and successfully implementing environmental initiatives and policies.
